underwhelming experience

the breakfast buffet was decent it offered several options.

i found the lack of reception staff after 6 pm unsettling i was left feeling unsupported until the next morning it should not occur in a hotel.

noise insulation street sounds

the staff were very kind and helpful, they really stood out.

I found the noise insulation lacking. Street sounds were quite noticeable in my room (especially early in the morning). this made it a bit difficult to sleep soundly.

the staff was kind attentive. the rooms were beautiful clean the beds amazing. breakfast was really good it offered scrambled eggs pancakes cappuccino. i will return without a doubt

i asked about drinking tap water i was advised not to. free water bottles were not provided in the room upon arrival it should be a standard offering. i had to request a bottle to brush my teeth
